While Huawei is finalizing the details for the official launch of the Mate 70 series, the company is also working on mid-range smartphones. New information has surfaced about Huawei’s upcoming budget-friendly phone, the Huawei Enjoy 80. Some ambitious technical details of the device have been revealed. Here are the details…
Huawei Enjoy 80 is coming with the Kirin 8000
Chinese sources claim that the company is expected to introduce more products featuring the Kirin 8000 chipset by the end of this year or early 2025. The new chipset is expected to be used in the MatePad series of tablets as well as in new members of the Huawei Enjoy 80 family.
The highly anticipated new mid-range smartphone model from the company will be available in the Chinese market with variants offering up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. In this sense, the device seems poised to offer users high performance.
Launched alongside the Nova 12 series, the Kirin 8000 is known as a proprietary octa-core chip that provides access to the essential 5G network for the Chinese company’s new smartphones. It is also emphasized that this chip is fully adapted to HarmonyOS Next.
It is still too early to know all the features of the Enjoy 80 series, as the devices have not yet received certification. However, considering the history of this series, we can expect a 50 MP rear camera, an OLED display, and a battery capacity in the range of 6,000 mAh.
